Headhunters formerly known as Nasty D-Tuners is a Dutch DJ producer team consisting of Willem Rebergen (born 12 September 1985) and formerly Bobby van Patten. Their own label Scantraxx Reloaded started in 2006 is a sub-label of Scantraxx. At the age of nine Rebergen sang in a children's choir that recorded several CD's. One year later he started voice acting, which he still does today. He gained his first major experience as a DJ at Defqon 1 a huge hard-style event in the Netherlands, where he was discovered by The Prophet.

This is where Hawtin is at now. Constantly touring all over the world and keeping fans updated on his world wide DJ travels via his website diaries; taking his dad out to dinner with John Peel a big deal for his Peel fan father especially now his son is a huge favorite of the radio DJ pushing himself to his creative boundaries and taking Techno with him. Not just to the middle of the dance floor but also above it. It is a wonderful example of how categories develop. After helping to form a first minimal subcategory of techno. Hawtin was recognized as its leader. As Techno and art move closer together Hawtin sees it as a logical part of his constant reinvention. It’s about setting a standard for yourself and progressing yourself. Showing people you can do something interesting that’s more than just dance music.

Fans of Asian pop will surely love what’s in store for them at Club Avatar. Taiwanese hip hop band Da Mouth drops by for an exclusive showcase present by Courvoisier titled You & Da Mouth Sept 10. Dubbed the Asian Black Eyed Peas. Taiwanese hip-hop quartet Da Mouth won the Best Pop Group award at the prestigious Golden Melody Awards this June. Over the past few years Cosmic Gate's sound has developed and moved away from the harder edge trance through to their current, more subtle yet still driving energetic music style.

Afrojack continues to demonstrate his incredible versatility for creating EDM he has created bombs in almost every conceivable subgenre. Roxy Cottontail who tends to open for Afrojack when he graces us with his presence in NYC think back to Santos was very subpar poor mixing and pretty shit music to say the least. Afrojack just released a new song on BBC Radio 1 and man does it drop. I’ve been a huge fan of the Dutch producer ever since hearing a rip of his live performance at Ultra last year and he has shown no sign of stopping since then. Like Skrillex, his popularity has exploded over the past year and its great to see that this hasn’t gotten to his head as he continues to come out with these massive songs.
